RIKKE JORGENSEN
Founder & Principal Designer
Always one step ahead, Rikke Jorgensen, Styleworks’ founder and principal designer is fueled by a curiosity and zest for design that is a constant well of inspiration for all her work. Rikke credits her eternal love for all things design to her upbringing in the furniture and textiles industry in Denmark.
Grounded in her kitchen design experience and understanding of cutting-edge designs, Rikke founded Styleworks with the aim of delivering well-crafted spaces for the multi-family sector. The scope has through the years expanded but designing with purpose and intent is, to this day, the underpinning ethos of Rikke’s approach.
Rikke’s design style is a mixture of cutting-edge Nordic layered with a heavy dose of modern Americana! Her design vision is grounded in her Scandinavian roots, a knack for pushing the design envelope and a belief in her team’s abilities. Knowing the best results require close collaboration, Rikke often visits with millwork shops and suppliers to finesse details The resulting design leadership is a culmination of both international and regional aesthetics.
Extensive experience in the Danish kitchen cabinet and furniture industry as well as two decades of work experience in the US has allowed Rikke to foster a unique understanding of place and context at multiple levels. Rikke holds a BA in Interior Design, LEED AP and NCIDQ
Rikke’s ability to convert complex design briefs into sophisticated and often seemingly simple solutions has allowed for award-winning designs and a body of work that spans coast-to-coast and beyond.
Rikke hasn’t been caught in front of the camera since some time a long time ago! You can catch her on the sidelines at her son’s soccer games, running trails and traveling with her family

ASID
Styleworks is a member at the professional level of the American Society of Interior Design (ASID)
ASID identifies interior designers by the results and benefits they bring to the built environment through their specialized design skills and sound business practices. The professional level appellation “ASID” is achieved by passing the NCIDQ examination and is acknowledged as the hallmark of professionalism within the interior design industry.
NCIDQ
As Professional Interior Designers, Styleworks can submit drawings for permit in Colorado.
NCIDQ Certification validates professional competency on standards for public health, safety and welfare and ensures competency in code-regulated environments Council for Interior Design Qualification (CIDQ) is the independent, not-for-profit organization that, identifies those interior designers who have met the minimum standards for professional practice by passing the NCIDQ Examination. 27 U.S. states and Canadian provinces require the NCIDQ Certificate in licensing and regulating the interior design profession. Styleworks is certified through the City of Denver as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Minority/Woman Business Enterprise (M/WBE) and Emerging Business Enterprise (EBE). The certification allows Denver area small businesses to compete for construction-related projects funded by the City & County of Denver.
